Support Channels

If you are experiencing an issue with Data Governor, we have a number of support channels available to you.

Use our In-App Support

You can use the In-App feedback option to raise an issue by using the ‘Submit Feedback’ button on the left hand side under your project list.

Here you can submit Bugs, Issues, and Suggestions, along with a description. We also capture information such as the page you are viewing, who is logged in, and information about the action being performed when you raise an In-App Support request to assist with troubleshooting.

Access our Support Portal

You can also access our support portal on Yammer. Our Yammer network contains product specific forums where you can raise anything from a support request to a query about how best to do something within Data Governor. We recommend you sign up for the forum ahead of the need to raise an issue as your membership request will first need to be approved before you can view and post in the forum.

All our channels provide a response time within 24 hours of lodging an issue.
