Add a Location

Location as a phrase/word type is particularly useful if you have a lot of offices or branches spread out across the state, country or overseas, and users will be asking Ezra for information about a specific location.

How do I add a Location to the Dictionary?

  1. Click on Dictionary from the navigation menu.

  2. Click on Create New Entry.

  3. Enter a Word/Phrase.

  4. Select a ‘Location’ as Phrase Type.

  5. Select a Location Type:

    • Continent

    • Sovereign

    • Country

    • State

    • Province

    • Region

    • City

    • Town

    • Suburb

    • Landmark

  6. Click Save.
